All VORII standing desks purchased in the U.S. are covered by a limited, non-transferable warranty against defects in material or workmanship that affect your ability to operate the product as intended and appear due to regular use during the applicable warranty period. We offer a longer-term warranty than most standing desk brands on the market because we stand behind our products. We want you to feel secure knowing that we'll be there for you to resolve any issues.
We recommend that all items be inspected immediately upon arrival. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is missing parts, please notify our customer support directly. Any shipping damage and manufacturing defects claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. We require photos of the damaged item(s) and damaged packaging for us to make a claim with the shipping carrier. We will make sure to replace the damaged item(s) as quickly as we can.

Exceptions
- Anyone but the original purchaser of the product. This warranty is non-transferable.
- Normal wear and tear that occurs with use over time, including dents, scratches, stains, fading, and tear.
- Damage caused by improper assembly, disassembly, or cleaning supplies.
- Defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- Solid Wood desktops may come with material/finish variations and imperfections. This may include, but is not limited to, hairline cracking due to wood contraction from changes in temperature and humidity. Desktop imperfections are considered normal wear and tear if the structural integrity of the desktop is intact. If the desktop is unusable, please fill out the Warranty Form for assessment and review by the warranty department.
- Natural variations in woods and wood grain, knots, character marks, and imperfections do not qualify for repairs or replacements. Laminate desktops are less susceptible to the above issues and are a good choice if you desire no variations, imperfections, or if you've experienced wood contraction caused by a dry climate or fluctuations in temperature and humidity, sun exposure, etc
- Changes in surface finish, including color-fastness or matching of colors, woodgrains, or textures.
- Dye transfers caused by external contaminants
Warranty Shipping Coverage
- In the Contiguous USA (48 US), for approved warranty claims submitted during the first year after purchase, we will cover shipping costs for both the product return and the product replacement. After one year, all warranty-related shipping costs are to be covered by the customer
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge
- Outside of the Contiguous USA (48 US), any shipping costs associated with a warranty claim is covered by the customer
