Trial & Return Policy

To ensure all our customers have a stress-free purchase experience, we offer a 45-day domestic trial and return period for most purchases made directly on vorii.com. The trial period starts on the day you receive your order. If during the 45 days, there is any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service. Once we approve the return request, you will receive RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return shipping labels. 

Exceptions

• Please note that we allow returns only for products in their original packaging (original boxes and packaging material). There will be a 25% restocking fee of the order value for returns that don't have all original packaging. Please consider keeping all original packaging if you plan on trialing our products. Return labels will be invalid a week after the end of the trial period. We do not accept any returns once the return labels become voided. 
• Any customized desks may not be returned. Hardwood desks and epoxy resin desks may be returned, but a 15% repackaging fee will be assessed.
• Our solid wood products are handcrafted from natural hardwood. Wood variation is to be expected as each piece of wood has a unique texture, grain pattern, and color. Wood grain dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for a return or exchange. 
• Free return shipping does not apply to bulk orders of 3 desks or more. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for bulk orders.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs outside of the 48 contiguous states.
• Any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
